How to Turn One Customer Question Into Five Meta Posts

How to Turn One Customer Question Into Five Meta Posts visual guide

If customer service receives the same question repeatedly, the answer should not remain hidden in individual replies. One useful question can create a week of content without forcing the team to invent five unrelated ideas.

Build the five formats

  1. Create a direct talking-head answer for Reels.
  2. Turn the answer into a carousel with one point per slide.
  3. Film a product demonstration that proves the answer.
  4. Use Stories for a poll, question box or quick myth check.
  5. Publish a customer example or review that shows the answer in practice.

Keep the core fact consistent, but change the opening and format for each placement.

Use comments, DMs, reviews, search queries and support tickets as the source list. Record saves, shares, replies, profile visits and product clicks, not just reach. If one question consistently performs, build a deeper guide or landing page around it.

After arriving at a fork in the road in my career I decided to take the plunge and wander purposefully, with determination, into the maelstrom of consultancy in online sales. It's been the most exciting decision I've ever made and I've been able to work with some of the most interesting brands the UK has to offer. I specialise in the intersection of ecommerce and marketing, the part of the Venn diagram that eCommerce & Marketing people don't like to occupy because it takes a lot of plate spinning - this is where I thrive.
