Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is a 3 month minimum commitment. This is because there is a period of time in which it takes for actions to take effect.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Choose the amount of time you feel you need - we can always change flex if you need more or less.
Can I mix services across the flex hours?
You pay for the time - what we do with that time is totally up to you. We can absolutely mix services and disciplines.
Is there a cancellation period?
We ask for at least 30 days notice if you wish to end our services -though we hope to impress you so much younever will!
How long does it take to see results?
Timelines vary by project or campaign, but most clients start noticing measurable improvements within weeks of launch and consistent collaboration. This is somehing we can set expectations on by campaign.
