
It is easy to open Meta Ads Manager, see a few purchases or enquiries and assume your Facebook and Instagram ads are working, but the Results column only means something if Meta is tracking the right action and the campaign is generating value at a cost the business can afford.
You do not need a complicated dashboard to work this out. You need to check the campaign in the right order and stop judging it from whichever number looks most positive.
The final test is straightforward: are the Facebook and Instagram adverts producing verified customers or enquiries at a cost the business can afford? If they are, the campaign is working. If the positive numbers stop at reach, clicks or engagement, you have activity but not yet a commercially successful campaign.
